How do I request a media pass for IBJJF championships?
The application form will be available once the registration is open. Approval/denial emails will be sent 2 weeks prior to the event. Please follow the application link under the section “Media” on the event page.
Please note that video recording and social media live streaming of fights will not be allowed at any time.
Do I need a media pass to take photos / videos?
Yes, anyone who wishes to have access to the floor and take photos must be approved through the application process.

How can I become an official photographer for IBJJF?
Applicants must have a professional photography website & Instagram in order to request to become a photographer.
Once the media team evaluates their work, the applicant will be notified if they are a good fit and as long as another photographer is not already hired for that particular event.
